The view out the sliding glass doors is of the grounds at kapili with a sliver of ocean view. That sliver is enhanced as you step out onto the lanai (see below). Behind the hedge is the complex pool you are literally fifteen seconds from the pool
Poipu Kapili #39 has a fully equipped kitchen, no need to pack up the kids each morning and head for the diner, saves some on the food budget as well. In the kitchen, the ocean view from the lanai is reflected by the mirrored wall so that the kitchen has the same ocean view as the lanai.

Poipu Kapili #39 is equipped with a washer and a dryer (not all in Kapili have this). Additional washers and dryers are on site at a laundry room in the condo complex.

A portable room Air Conditioner has been shipped and will be installed in the next few weeks. We hope this will make those few "tropical nights" a little easier. the condo gets excellent trade crosswinds but very occassionally those die , hence the A/C. The condo HOA is currently considering use of split ductless systems which are excellent. By next summer we hope this will be approved.

Prior to opening the condo for guests we:
- Purchased new sheets
- Purchased new towels
- purchased new bedspread
- purchased bedding for the sofa bed
- purchased a whole lot of cleaning supplies
- purchased coffee starter sets so guests would have at least something to get them going
- checked that everything in the condo functioned
- purchased some new artwork
