The condo is located in the beautiful Kapili complex away from busy street noise, and just a three minute walk to famous Poipu beach. The pool is just a few steps from the lanai door but is protected from noise by the elegant landscaping. The outside of the condo is pictured below. Our vacation condo is located in beautiful Poipu Kapili whose acres of lush manicured grounds enjoy a wonderful ocean view. Let our well equipped, beautifully appointed condo be your home as you explore the "Garden Isle" of Kauai.
At 1170 sq. ft., the
inside of Poipu Kapili #39 is spacious to say the least. It is almost twice the size of the nearest "competitor"
condos. The bedroom was very recently refurnished (as of 8/08). For more views of the inside click the photo.
The bedroom is also now Air Conditioned for your sleeping comfort. Very few Kapili condos are so equipped.
Poipu Kapili takes pride in its location and appearance. The palm tree laden grounds are immaculate and maintenance of every aspect of the complex is the highest of quality. Just step outside the lanai doors for a spectacular ocean view (pictured left). The lanai is also just steps to the pool, no lugging of towels and chairs down flights of stairs and across parking lots. The gorgeous pool, which forms the centerpiece of the Kapili complex and public area makes for an incredibly beautiful location for your vacation and relaxation plans. Sit and read, on the lanai at the pool or work up a sweat on Poipu Kapili's own tennis courts. Anyway you choose to spend your vacation, Poipu Kapili and the Island of Kauai will have something for you.
Located in the center of the complex with a broad ocean view, surrounded and protected by the landscaping and the buildings, the pool offers a central location for your morning, mid day or evening relaxation. The sound of the surf is clearly heard as you are just yards from the ocean. Rise from your deck chair and stroll over to the edge of the grounds to check out the surf boats or marine life.
Your vacation at Poipu Kapili #39 begins with the excellent location of this particular oceanview condo. Poipu Kapili enjoys the most convenient location to the pool. Literally just steps to the pool, this groundfloor condo is superb.

The grounds at Poipu Kapili are lush, and impeccably maintained. Many floral species native to Hawaii are
demonstrated on the grounds around the complex.
Although the shore in front of the complex is rocky, it is just a two minute walk to the beach. (next door to the Sheraton
where Poipu Beach starts).
Poipu Kapili maintains its own set of regulation tennis courts which are available to all guests staying at the complex. BarBQs are located in two places around the complex, at the tennis courts and near the pool. See the Kapili Site Map for more information.
